Robert Arctor spent several years on undercover field work before turning to the study of surveillance systems. He now tests Scramble’s tools against the recognition systems they are designed to defeat.
He has reviewed more surveillance footage than almost anyone at the institute, including, on at least one occasion, footage of himself.
