Dr. Janice Polito
Lead, Blackwall
Dr. Janice Polito leads Blackwall, Frothly’s program for independent evaluation of frontier AI systems. She previously designed management systems for remote research stations, and left that work after an incident she does not discuss.
She has spent the years since making sure that incidents like it are written down, studied and not repeated. Colleagues occasionally remark that she sounds quite different on the phone.
